Why We Don't Sell in Europe

Because European parents don't need us. In the EU, these formulas sit on ordinary supermarket and drugstore shelves. Our job is to bring them to the places where they're hard to find.

That's why The Milky Box doesn't sell or ship to any country in the European Union. We focus on families in North America, South America, Asia and Australia.

Sprout Organic®: How It Reaches Your Door

The Milky Box is the official seller of Sprout Organic® in the United States. We work closely with the family behind the brand, so you're buying genuine product through an authorized channel. Sprout never passes through Europe. Here's the route it takes:

1. Made in Australia

Sprout Organic® is produced under Australian and New Zealand food standards, with certified organic, plant-based ingredients.

2. Stored in Australia

Stock goes straight from the brand to our dedicated fulfillment facility in Australia, where it's kept in clean, temperature-regulated storage.

3. Packed when you order

Your order is picked, quality-checked and packed in Australia, usually within 1 business day.

4. Shipped directly to you

It travels from Australia to your door with full tracking. There's no detour through Europe and no extra warehouse stops.

How We Choose Every Formula

We'd rather offer a short list you can trust than an endless shelf. Every formula in our range is:

• Certified organic, or made under equally strict European or Australian quality standards

• Clean-label, with no unnecessary fillers, GMOs or artificial preservatives

• Nutritionally complete for its stage, from Stage PRE and Stage 1 through to toddler formulas

• Fresh, with at least 6 months of shelf life when it leaves our warehouse

Our range covers organic cow milk, goat milk (which some families find gentler on sensitive tummies) and plant-based formula, plus specialized options for colic, reflux and sensitive tummies, including partially hydrolyzed (HA) formulas. If your baby has a diagnosed cow's milk protein allergy (CMPA), talk to your pediatrician first, as some babies need a medical-grade formula.

Stored and Shipped with Care

Formula is food, so we treat it that way. All our storage, in Europe and Australia, is clean and climate-controlled year-round. We never resell returned products, and every can that leaves us is new, sealed and checked.
