1. Measure the powder 
   Scoop 25 g (1 level scoop) of Kids Essential Shake powder using the provided scoop. Make sure the scoop is level for an accurate serve.

2. Add liquid
   Pour 200 mL of cold, safe drinking water into a clean shaker, blender, or cup. For a creamier texture, you may also use your choice of plant-based milk.

3. Mix well

   • If using a shaker: Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the powder is fully dissolved.
   • If using a blender: Blend on medium speed for 10–15 seconds until smooth.

4. Check consistency
   Ensure the shake is smooth and lump-free. Adjust thickness by adding a little more or less water, depending on your child’s preference.

Close lid tightly after each use. Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C.
