Note: Add 4 level scoops to every 200 mL of water. Each scoop equals 7.5 g of powder. This is a general guide only, your child’s needs may be more or less than indicated.

1. Preparation
   Always wash and dry your hands before preparing your child’s drink. Ensure all cups, bottles, nipples, and utensils are washed thoroughly. For younger children, sterilize bottles, nipples, and caps by boiling them in water for 3 to 5 minutes to ensure complete hygiene.

2. Add Water
   Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool to around 40 to 50°C (lukewarm). Pour the required amount of water into a sterilized cup or bottle. For one serving, use 200 ml of water as recommended in the feeding guide.
3. Add Powder
   Using the scoop provided, measure 4 level scoops (7.5 g each) of Sprout Organic Toddler Formula. Always use the enclosed scoop and level it off with the built-in leveller on the can for accuracy. Add the full amount of powder to the prepared water.
4. Mix & Serve
   Stir well, whisk, or shake briskly until the powder is fully dissolved. Before serving, test the temperature on the inside of your wrist to ensure it is comfortably lukewarm. Serve immediately.

Important feeding & safety notes 

• Prepare each drink fresh, just before feeding.
• Do not store unfinished formula; discard any leftover drink within 2 hours.
• Use only the scoop provided in the tin.

Storage

Close lid tightly after each use. Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C.
Use within 4 weeks of opening.
Do not use if the foil seal is damaged.
